-You need to pay $100 as a place reservation before starting your production we will send an email notification, reply to the email to confirm and start the production, after the production is completed and the final payment is made, we will ship the product to you!
-Each product is unique handmade custom, we do not carry out secondary sales and do not accept returns，please understand
-The production time of picture frames is about 4 weeks-6 weeks,the size of the finished product between 12-25 cm, the frame size of about 7-9 inch size, the specific size according to the pupil and the body to determine
-If there is a need to add hats, necklaces , clothing or other else, we will charge an additional $20 (please let us know in your notes/email)
-After the production is completed, we will send you a email about the first version of the photo to confirm and provide you with 3 opportunities to modify, confirm the finished product before delivery
